Refund Policy

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or video of the issue, and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. No need to send the item back. If your order hasn't arrived within 45 days of shipping, we'll replace or refund it. Because orders ship directly from our fulfillment partner, we can't accept returns for change of mind or wrong size or color selection. Orders can be canceled for a full refund before they ship. Refunds go to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
